This cat is actually more than likely female. This is an example of mosaicism/incomplete dominance, which requires two X chromosomes. Coat color in cats in coded for in the sex chromosome, and if the cat recieves a gene coding for black coat color and one coding for orange, and both are expressed, it will be tortoiseshell/calico.
what does that have to do with naming it Harvey
yeah way to conform to typical gender stereotypes.
